In cases of damaged or missing Products you may be entitled to a refund of the cost of the damaged or missing Products. If you do not report your purchase or delivery as damaged or missing within 2 days of receipt, then we reserve the right to refuse a refund or replacement.
We may ask for photographic evidence of any damage and without this cannot process a full refund or offer a replacement. At Bush Bristol discretion, if the damage to the Products minor, cosmetic or superficial, we may offer you a voucher instead of a refund or replacement.

Shipping or Pick up from store:
When choosing an option for either shipping or pick up from store.
Please press the drop down Arrow for the two options. This will change the charging amount at checkout.
This screen will appear after you have enter a delivery address.
(Unfortunately the website will always ask for an address for fraud purposes, even if Pick up from store is chosen)
Shipping deliveries are currently being prepared on Wednesday's for arrival on Friday's.
Pick up ( Click & Collect ) your products you have purchased online, will be available for collection on, Saturday's ONLY between 10am - 5pm.
